What This Is

AI Agent Assistance operates an SMS notification service for our partner food truck and restaurant locations. When you place an order through any of our partner sites, you may receive order confirmation and status update messages sent from our shared SMS number +1 (844) 321-4664.

How You Opt In

You opt in to receive SMS messages by completing one of the following actions:

1 Placing an online order at any partner restaurant site (e.g., maschingonrestaurant.aiagentassistance.com) and submitting your mobile phone number in the order form.
2 Checking the opt-in checkbox on the order page that reads: "Send me SMS order updates."
3 Texting START to +1 (844) 321-4664 at any time to re-subscribe.

By submitting your phone number and placing an order, you expressly consent to receive transactional SMS messages about your order from AI Agent Assistance via +1 (844) 321-4664. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message Types

Once opted in, you may receive:

• Order confirmation with your order number
• Order ready / pickup notification
• Estimated wait time updates
• Occasional promotional messages (only if separately consented)

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. AI Agent Assistance does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may.
